ELYRIA, OH (WOIO) -

A man from Pennsylvania is facing felony drug charges after Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers seized hydroponic marijuana, solid and oil marijuana hash worth approximately $38,000 during a traffic stop on the turnpike.

Troopers stopped a 1999 Buick with Pennsylvania registration for a marked lanes violation in Lorain County around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Criminal indicators were observed and a patrol drug-sniffing canine alerted to the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed eight pounds of hydroponic marijuana, a pound of oil marijuana hash and 140 grams of solid marijuana hash.

The driver, James M. Rabuck, 42, of Middletown, Pa., was arrested and charged with possession of liquid marijuana hash, possession of marijuana and solid marijuana hash and aggravated trafficking in drugs. If convicted he could face up to 23 years in prison and up to a $45,000 fine.
