CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A Cleveland jail boss has been disciplined in connection with the arrest of Councilman Zack Reed. But 'not' for special treatment.

Officers had complained about Lieutenant Elizabeth Hester after Reed got busted for drunk driving.

City Hall found the jail boss didn't document when he went through his property. And she didn't allow police to do the fingerprinting.

But no special treatment since Reed should not have been mixed in with regular prisoners due to his high-profile status.

Hester got a written warning to be put in her file.
