Teen artists' work on display in downtown Toledo

Posted: Updated:
TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

The work of young, local artists is on display in downtown Toledo.

Middle school and high school art students are lending their paintings, sculptures and jewelry to the main branch of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library as part of the "Connection to Creativity" exhibit.

This is the thirteenth year for the exhibit, and organizers say it shows off the importance of art education in schools.

More than 100 pieces are on display, and the exhibit will remain in the library until April 26.

Mallory Moore takes a closer look at what you'll find, on ‘Your Morning.'

You can find more details on Toledolibrary.org, or by calling 419-259-5200.
