CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

19 Action News is tracking new developments in the case against a Cleveland Councilman for drunk driving -- and it doesn't involve councilman Zack Reed.

We've learned there is video of the arrest of Councilman Eugene Miller, but we'd been told there was none. This new information has come to light after a 19 Action News request.

Miller was arrested last November. He's accused of driving drunk and doing 70 mph in a 50 mph zone.

We filed a request for any police video and we were told us there was none.

Now we made a second request since Miller was due in court last week and we've learned the arresting officer recorded cell phone video of the arrest.

The ticket shows Miller tested below the blood alcohol limit but the officer wrote he smelled alcohol on the councilman's breath. At the time Miller plead not guilty.

Councilman Zack Reed has been in the headlines lately for a drunk driving arrest caught on tape. His third drunk driving arrest.

Councilman Miller's trial has been postponed until later next month.
