RTA Spring service adjustments

Posted: Updated:
CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

It's time for the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority's (RTA) quarterly service adjustment, starting April 21.

Most changes are minor, but here are some points to note for bus, trolley and rail this adjustment:

  • NineTwelve trolley service expands its evening hours. The present hours of 6-9 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. will extend to 8 p.m., to better serve new employers along East Ninth Street. The trolley serves the South Harbor Station in the Municipal Parking Lot.
  • #47 loop bus will be discontinued. Riders to the Municipal Parking Lot can use the NineTwelve Trolley.
  • #11: To reduce overcrowding, weekday daytime service increases from every 35 minutes to every 20 minutes, and Sunday service is being extended.
  • #68: The route is being extended to Engle Lake Drive.

New timetables will be needed for the below routes. They are posted on riderta.com now.
