Class action lawsuit filed against Pilot Flying J

Things have just gotten more intense for Jimmy Haslam's company, Pilot Flying J.

After last weeks FBI raid and Haslam's press conference to address allegations known by the public, one company has decided to follow-up with an official complaint.

On Saturday, April 20th, a Georgia trucking company, Atlantic Coast Carriers Inc., became the first to file a lawsuit against Pilot Flying J.

Owner of the Georgia trucking company, Olin Wooten, is seeking class-action status.

The suit was filed in Knox County Circuit Court.
