CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Friends of a woman stabbed downtown are doing all they can to find the killer.

On Thursday, they put up posters around the crime scene—begging for tips and reminding everyone they've boosted the reward.

Last month, someone killed Aliza Sherman, stabbing her 11 times at East 13th and Hamilton Avenue.

This week Cleveland Police released grainy video of a person scrambling from the crime scene. Investigators simply call that person a "person of interest".

The reward for information leading to an arrest is now $25,000.

Reporter Ed Gallek saw Mary Feuer putting up the posters. She said friends of Aliza had the posters made to keep the case in the public eye. "She was a best friend to many people," Feuer said.
