CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A woman has been indicted for driving drunk and crashing into a construction zone.

Investigators say the crash happened last month, and it injured three workers.

Grace Chen has been indicted on charges of DUI, aggravated vehicular assault and failure to stop after an accident.

Records show Chen drove into a marked construction zone near Ontario and Carnegie in downtown Cleveland hitting a scissor lift extended 35 feet in the air with three workers on it.

Two of the workers had to go to the hospital. The indictment papers show Chen had a blood alcohol level of .17, which is twice the legal limit.

And the charges show she had marijuana in her system and a suspended license.

Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Deputies made the arrest.
