OKLAHOMA CITY-- Kevin Durant hit six of Oklahoma City's last seven shots and scored a game-high 35 points in leading the Thunder to a 93-91 win over the Grizzlies. The Thunder now lead the best-of-seven series 1-0.
Durant grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds, dished out six assists and blocked a couple of shots. Thunder guard Kevin Martin had a big game with 25 points and seven rebounds. "Mr. May" point guard Reggie Jackson was the only other Thunder player in double figures, scoring 12 points.
The Grizzlies' Marc Gasol (20 points) and Zach Randolph (18 points) combined to score 38 and grabbed 10 rebounds each. Former Buckeye Mike Conley finished with 13 points but was just 5-for-15 shooting.
Game 2 is set for Tuesday night in Oklahoma City.
