A Toledo man accused of raping a 2-year-old girl, along with the girl's mother, appeared in court Tuesday morning.

Aubrey Marshall is already a convicted sex offender and was arraigned on two child rape charges. The judge set his bond at $2 million.

He will be back in court for a pretrial hearing May 21.

The girl's mother, Connie Elam, was also in court facing a child endangerment charge. Police say she left her daughter in Marshall's care when the rape happened. The judge set her bond at $100,000.
