North Toledo shooting now a murder

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

UPDATE: Ramon Dorsey passed away at St. Vincent's Hospital from a gunshot wound at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday, according to the Toledo Police Department.

A warrant for murder has been issued for Patrick L. Harris. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Toledo Police at 419-245-3142.

A man was rushed to the hospital after being shot in the head Saturday afternoon.

Investigators were called to an alley in the 28-hundred block of North Summit Street just after 2pm.

They found 22 year-old Ramon Dorsey of Page Street, slumped over the wheel of an SUV.

Police say Mr. Dorsey had sustained a gunshot wound to the head.

He was rushed by ambulance to the hospital.  

No arrests have been made but police describe the suspect as a man about 5 feet nine, 220 pounds.
