CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cleveland Councilman Eugene Miller was in court Tuesday on his drunk driving charge from last November.

The prosecutors dropped the speeding charge and amended the DUI charge to physical control of vehicle.

Miller pled guilty and was given a $486 fine.

His drivers license was also suspended; however, that started the day he was arrested, so he will get his license back on May 25.

Miller was accused of driving drunk and doing 70 mph in a 50 mph zone.
