Authorities in North Royalton are asking the public to help them locate a missing adult.  Her name is Sally Buesch and she was last seen leaving her residence on Crystal Lks Drive on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.

Sally is an 80-year-old, white female, standing  5' 5" tall, weighing 185 lbs. She has white hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a white collared shirt and tank pants. Sally also suffers from Alzheimer's.

The vehicle involved is a blue 2009 Chrysler Town and Country with OH plate number EQH9999.
