LORAIN, OH (WOIO) -

Neighbors across the street from the playground at Admiral King Elementary in Lorain tell 19 Action News people are having sex, urinating and setting the playground on fire.

This is just crazy!!!!

Someone set the playground on fire... not once but three times in 8 days.

Students are scared at Admiral King Elementary School and neighbors are really ticked off.

19 Action News Investigative Reporter Scott Taylor asks neighbor Rick Watchhorn "You have a birds eye view up on the porch so I want to know what you've seen go on over here."

Watchorn says "There is sexual activity on the equipment. You got urination. Drug sales. For two years its been bad here."

Lorain City Councilman Dennis Flores says this is not an isolated problem.

Flores comments "I think it's a health and safety issue and we are going to send a message that we are going to take our neighborhoods back."

Neighbors tell us they are creating a Block Watch program to keep an eye on the playground.
