CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

New Ariel Castro monitoring logs mostly reveal his mundane prison life.

19 Action News is combing through 44 pages, but not seeing bizarre activity we've seen in the past. Other inmates are recorded as preaching and howling, but Castro has remained "cordial."

Jail logs say he is pacing in his cell and looking out the rear window of his cell, which you can only tell if it's night or day.

An inmate on same jail floor was howling like a dog on Tuesday night, but Castro slept right through the commotion.

Castro is wearing what officials call a suicide gown. The Cuyahoga County Jail has Castro under a "suicide precaution."

This past Sunday, jailers searched Castro's cell, but found no contraband.

Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight were rescued from Ariel Castro's Seymour Avenue home on May 6. The women had been held against their will and sexually assaulted for years.

Castro is currently jailed on $8M bond.
