During the investigation, agents were able to identify a residence in Forest Park on West Kemper Road where drugs were being stored and distributed.

Robles attempted to kick his way out of a rear sliding door and suffered cuts to his lates. He was treated at the hospital before being taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.

Agents seized approximately 1.3 pounds of heroin and 3/4 pound of crystal meth during the investigation. The heroin had an estimated street value of about $88,000 and the crystal meth $48,000.

All three men are facing numerous drug charges. Robles and Garcia appeared in court on Wednesday morning, where bond for Robles was set at $5.5 million and bond for Garcia was set at $3.5 million.

In August of 2012, agents executed a search warrant at the same address and seized 2.4 pounds of black tar heroin. Agents are investigating to determine if the cases are connected.
