CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

21-year old Ashley Leszyeski was murdered and her body left in a vacant lot on E. 93rd Tuesday.

Cleveland Police say Leszyeski, a mom of two, lived with her boyfriend Gemarr Peacock.

"If she never knew how much we loved her...she knows," says Tina Leszyeski.

19 Action News has discovered Ashley and Gemarr have a history of violence.

He even spent time in jail for assaulting her earlier this year.

The police report says that Ashley told cops he tried to choke her. Another incident happened last year. Ashley told police he punched her in the face.

Peacock was found guilty of disorderly conduct.

Gemarr Peacock has not been charged with anything in connection with the disappearance or death of Ashley who vanished on May 6th of this year.

He is also, according to Ashley's family, the father of her two children.

"I'm begging the community if anyone knows anything -- please, please get involved," added Tina.
