COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A Colerain Township father is in trouble for allegedly selling drugs to the ice cream man.

Police say Lemual Bailey, 37 of Norwood, drove his ice cream truck to the Northbrook neighborhood to meet Joseph Kerr.

Police say Kerr sold Bailey his 11-year-old daughter's Adderall in front of her.

Police quickly arrested Bailey and Kerr. Officers say this led to the seizure of numerous other prescription medications.

Kerr is charged with trafficking drugs and Bailey is charged with possession of drugs.

They were taken to the Hamilton County Jail.
