CUYAHOGA HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) -

Two men have been indicted for ripping off the Cuyahoga Heights School District for $4.2 million dollars.

Records show the IT Director and others created fake companies and then paid money to those companies for work that was never performed.

David Donadeo and Barnarr King III have been named in an indictment that totals 39 counts in Cuyahoga County court. The charges include theft, tampering with records and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.

Records show the thefts occurred in 2009 and 2010. The investigation was done by the Ohio Auditor's Office.
