Internet cafe raided, owner arrested in Medina

MEDINA, OH (WOIO) -

The owner of a Medina Internet cafe is in custody, accused of allowing illegal gambling to take place at his business.

Cyber City on Medina Road was raided around 10 a.m. Tuesday by Ohio Attorney General investigators, Brunswick police officers, Medina County Sheriff deputies and BCI investigators.

40 illegal slot machines were removed from the business.

Investigators also executed search warrants at the cafe owner's home and other businesses.
