A Pemberville man was charged with voyeurism after police say he took photos of women undressing in various local tanning salons.

Casey Miller, 26, was arrested and charged with voyeurism Monday. Although he denied committing the crime during questioning, police found photos on his cell phone after processing it with data recovery software. Miller gave them permission to search his phone.

Victims were identified based on the photos and sign-in logs at the Tan Pro salons.

Miller was arraigned in Fremont Municipal Court Wednesday for the second class misdemeanor charge in Fremont. He did not have an attorney present, but told a judge he plans to hire one.

He is due back in court June 12 and faces a maximum fine of $750 and/or 90 days in jail.

Miller also faces three charges of voyeurism for incidents reported in Bowling Green that date back to April. The tanning salon's manager, along with customers, were able to confirm it was Miller.

Police are investigating if Miller took photos at a Findlay salon, as well.
