  • One count of Having Weapons While Under Disability, a felony of the third degree If either or both Brantley and Haywood are convicted of Aggravated Murder with any of the death specifications, the prosecution will seek capital punishment.

If either or both Brantley and Haywood are convicted of Aggravated Murder with any of the death specifications, the prosecution will seek capital punishment.

"Derrick Brantley and Deshanon Haywood are accused of committing one of the deadliest shootings this city has seen," said Prosecutor Walsh. "I can only imagine the pain these families are going through, knowing that their loved ones died such early and violent deaths. My office will seek justice for Kem Delaney, Ronald Roberts, Maria Nash and Kiana Welch."
