Man who made threats on Facebook after Sandy Hook shooting sentenced

FINNEYTOWN, OH (FOX19) -

A Finneytown man who made threats on Facebook after the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary has pleaded guilty.

Devin Carey pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to time he already served in jail, 29 days.

Carey was charged with inducing panic after writing on Facebook that all of the talk of the Newtown, Conn. shooting was wanting to make him shoot kids himself.
