BRIMFIELD, OH (WOIO) -

Police in Brimfield bust two "shake and bake" meth labs in the city.

Cops stopped a car on Tallmadge Road near I-76 late Friday night. A Tallmadge K-9 unit also responded to the traffic stop, and the K9 alerted officers to drugs in the car.

Officers recovered meth and the chemicals to make meth from the vehicle. Two teenage girls, whom police say had been smoking meth, were also recovered.

Police then went to the source of the lab - a duplex in the 2000 block of Tallmadge Road. Two "shake and bake" meth labs, meth, needles and marijuana were seized.

Two men were arrested and charged with drug-related offenses.
