3 men and a Business, indicted for selling synthetic drugs

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Three men and a business have been indicted for distributing synthetic marijuana known as "K2" or "Spice."

They're accused of distributing the fake drug to gas stations and convenience stores in Cuyahoga County.

Court records show they were distributing the drugs along with everyday items including latex gloves, electronic cigarettes and cash register paper.

Elias Ghazoul, Johnny Ghazoul, Donny Ghazoul, and The Ghazoul Group Ltd. have been indicted on 36 charges in Cuyahoga county court.

The charges include drug trafficking, possession, and racketeering charges.
