NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

The man suspected of breaking into several cars near Nashville parks has been arrested, thanks to a tip to Crime Stoppers.

Tremale Wilson, 28, is accused of breaking into cars at Centennial Park and Beaman Park, smashing their windows to steal a purse and a wallet.

Metro police say Wilson later used the victims' credit cards to shop.

Wilson had just been arrested June 7 for allegedly burglarizing a car at Percy Warner Park, but he was later released on bond.

Now, he is jailed on $57,000 bond and faces three counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, six counts of forgery and six counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Wilson has previous convictions for attempted aggravated kidnapping, domestic assault and drug possession, police said.
