5 arrested after CPD hooker sting

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Five suspected Johns are arrested after a prostitution sting in the McMicken corridor.

Cincinnati Police say they had undercover female officers post as prostitutes walking the streets.

Officers say five men approached the undercover officers, seeking to engage in illegal activity.

The men were arrested and charged. Their names are listed below:

  • Michael Pulley DOB 5/24/59 soliciting/loitering to solicit, vehicle impounded
  • George Byaka DOB 1/1/91 soliciting/loitering to solicit
  • Melvin Warren DOB 3/14/45 soliciting/loitering to solicit, vehicle impounded
  • Thierno Diop DOB 9/22/89 soliciting/loitering to solicit, vehicle impounded
  • Richard Davis DOB 9/9/70 soliciting/loitering to solicit, vehicle impounded

One woman, Jamie Brogan-Routt, was arrested on an open traffic warrant.

Four vehicles were impounded under the ordinance that imposes a civil fine for those charged with soliciting.
