CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

We've learned of the first step toward justice for a 14 year old girl killed last year when thugs shot into a crowd.

Seven people have been charged in the death of Lataevia Williams, and now one of those seven has struck a plea deal.

The girl died last summer after gunfire into a crowd outside a teen house party on the Cleveland-East Cleveland border. A teen boy also was critically wounded.

Marcus Anderson plead guilty to obstruction of justice, lying to police. Judge Nancy Russo gave him two years in prison -- part of the deal includes testifying against the others, if needed.

Anderson and his younger brother had both been charged with murder.

We've learned some other plea deals have also been worked out. We expect to see more justice for Lataevia in the coming days.
