A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Dayton Police Department statewide.

The incident took place in Montgomery County, OH on Beech Tree Court in the city of Dayton.

The adult's name is Donald Cooper and the individual is missing. The adult is a White male, age 79, is 5'8 tall, weighs 175, has brown hair, and has hazel eyes. Donald is a diabetic and is without his medication. He was last seen wearing brown shorts, a pink shirt with a white t-shirt underneath, and tennis shoes.

The vehicle involved is a blue 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier 2 door with OH plate number EW26BZ.
