The supplemental draft came and went without a single player picked. With no buzz in the days preceding the supplemental selection process, the draft itself created no buzz either. The Baltimore Ravens announced on their Twitter feed that the seven supplemental rounds came and went with no players being picked.
It's the first time since 2004 that no players were selected in the supplemental draft. Doing so would cause the team using a supplemental pick to lose the corresponding pick in next April's draft.
The six players who weren't picked now become free agents, able to sign with any team.
From 1981 through 1992, eight players were selected in the first round of the supplemental draft. Since 1992, there have been none.
