SOLON, OH (WOIO) -

The FBI released a new photo Tuesday afternoon that shows what a fugitive CEO may look like if he has shaven his goatee.

FBI agents are still searching for Alex Spirikatis of Solon.

On July 16, agents went to Spirikatis's home to serve arrest warrants for "false credit institution entries," which is similar to bank fraud. The stand-off lasted more than 12 hours, before agents realized he was not inside the house.

Spirikatis was the CEO of Taupa Lithuanian Credit Union on East 185th Street in Cleveland. Days before the stand-off, state officials issued an order effectively closing the credit union and beginning the liquidation process.

Tips regarding Spirikatis can be provided to the Cleveland office of the FBI at 216-522-1400. Tips can remain anonymous. Reward money is available for information leading to the successful apprehension and prosecution of Spirikatis.
