CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cleveland's Second District is investigating after a man was shot Saturday evening.

It happened at 7:30 PM at 3206 Roanoke Avenue.

Police say Java Bowling III, 43, got into in an argument with Scott A. Campbell Sr., 40.

Bowling says he was trying to take Campbell's keys in order to prevent him from driving while drunk.

The two got into a fight and Campbell shot Bowling in the chest and ran. Witnesses identified Campbell and gave police a description of him. Campbell was eventually arrested in Middleburg Heights.

Bowling was taken MetroHealth where he is recovering.
