CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cleveland Police are investigating a double shooting that happened outside a CVS Saturday night on the city's west side.

Police Dispatch received a call for a male shot at 3171 West Blvd. around 8:30 p.m.

When police arrived at the scene officers located one victim with a gunshot wound to the back, EMS was notified and responded to the scene.

While investigating the first shooting victim, a second call was received for another male shot in the back in the 2100 block of W. 89th Street.

Both victims were conveyed to MetroHealth Medical Center, where they are being treated for their injuries. Grady Burson is in fair condition and Luis Rivera is in serious condition.

Police say the two victims got into a heated argument with two other men while inside the CVS store. As they all exited the store, one of the males produced a handgun and shot both victims.

No arrests have made in the double shooting.
