TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Steven King, who is charged with obstruction of justice in connection to missing 1-year-old Elaina Steinfurth, will start his trial on Sept 16th. His pretrial hearing will start on Sept. 5th.

King is currently being held at the Lucas County Jail on a $250,000 bond.

King is the former boyfriend of Elaina's mother, Angela Steinfurth, who is also being charged with obstruction of justice in connection to the east Toledo toddler's disappearance.

Stienfurth's pretrial date was pushed back to Sept. 4th to allow her public defender time to review evidence against her.
