Seat belt credited for saving life in rollover crash

BATH, OH (WOIO) -

Police credit a seat belt for saving an Akron woman's life in a rollover accident.

The 18-year-old survived the crash on I-77 near the Ghent Road exit on Thursday at 7 p.m. because she was buckled in.

The driver lost control after being forced off the roadway. Her vehicle came to a stop on the median.
