EUCLID, OH -

A drunk driver was going over 100 miles per hour when he drove past a police cruiser.

It happened just before 2:30 a.m. Friday on Route 2 near State Route 615 in Euclid.

The driver, Jeffrey Raleigh, was clocked going 110mph.

The officer stopped Raleigh, who was obviously intoxicated. Upon his arrest, he had several individually wrapped baggies of cocaine on his person. Raleigh did not know how the cocaine got in his pocket.

He also said he did not see the cruiser.

Raleigh registered a BAC twice the legal limit and was charged with OVI and trafficking in cocaine.
