COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A Mason man is indicted by a Hamilton County Grand Jury on two aggravated arson charges.

The charges stem from a fire at a home on Hollis Avenue last week.

Police say they were called to the home after midnight after a couch fire spread to the rest of the home.

Mark Kroger, 23, reportedly admitted to igniting the couch but said he never intended to set the house on fire.

He's set to appear in court again later this month.

He is being held on a $5,000 bond.
