The Cleveland Browns are looking good, but a little banged up after last week's preseason win.
And Monday a shocking claim was revealed. Was a star player just one tough hit from dying?
Barkevious Mingo admitted Sunday that he was spitting up blood, after suffering a bruised lung in the game against the Lions on Thursday, an injury that doctors call very, very unusual.
Mingo says it happened during a punt return late in the first quarter.
Officials say he may have saved his own life by going straight to the coaches and telling them he wasn't feeling right.
If Mingo had stayed in the game, and taken a shot to the chest, it could have been fatal.
Mingo will miss the rest of the preseason, but once he's healthy, he faces no greater risk than any other injury.
