PERRY TOWNSHIP, OH (WOIO) -

A massive fire in Stark County is now under control.

A four-alarm fire started at a Perry Township apartment building just before 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

Perry Township Fire said the building was in the 5000 block of Yukon Street NW off of Saratoga Avenue.

The fire started in one unit and quickly spread.

Crews remained on scene for hours battling hot spots.

One firefighter was injured, his condition is not known at this time, but the injures do not appear to be life-threatening. No other injuries were reported.
