LORAIN COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

Three men are facing charges after heroin was seized on the turnpike on Monday afternoon.

Troopers stopped a rented 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 pick-up truck for improper lane change and marked lanes violations on the Ohio Turnpike in Lorain County.

During interaction with the suspects, troopers detected an odor of burnt marijuana and marijuana residue throughout the interior of the vehicle. During a probable cause search, the passenger was found to have a baggy containing two ounces of suspected powder heroin, worth $10,000. In addition, a small amount of marijuana was also located.

The suspects, Harold Travis Jr., 20; Pierre Frazier, 25; and Rickie Bowling, 19, were arrested and charged with possession and trafficking in heroin.
