CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

A 19 Action News investigation has found a 16 year old boy already with a long record as he faces a list of charges for a shootout that seriously wounded a 12 year old girl.

Toni Landers suffered a gunshot to the chest Memorial Day Weekend at an east side Cleveland park. Police said she was hit in the crossfire of a shootout. First police said two men were involved though they've also charged the 16 year old.

So we requested the boy's juvenile record.

We found this teen going before a judge since he was barely 14. Cases for intimidating a crime victim, theft and fraud, and violating probation, plus assault, plus disorderly conduct too.

18 year old Tyre Williams and 20 year old Russell James are the two adults facing charges. They have trial dates set for next month.

Cuyahoga County prosecutors say they plan to have the 16 year old tried as an adult too.
