Man arrested following Fairfield stabbing

FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) -

A Liberty Township man has been arrested following a stabbing at a Fairfield business.

Jonathan Garcia Landol, also known as Mario Rosales-Garcia, was arrested on Saturday following an early morning stabbing.

Officers responded to a business in the 2700 block of Symmes Road around 6:15 a.m. on Saturday morning. Authorities say they received reports of a felonious assault at the address.

An unidentified male was transported to Mercy Hospital in Fairfield following the incident. The victim was then flown to University Hospital in Cincinnati.

Investigators are currently questioning witnesses to determine what took place at the business.

The victim is being treated for stab wounds. His condition is unknown at this time.

Landol has been charged with two counts of felonious assault. He is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.
