CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Investigators are trying to determine how a dump truck lost control and hit a power line on Thursday morning.

At the height of the outage, 1,500 Duke Energy customers were without power after a dump truck hit a power pole before crashing into a building in Over-The-Rhine.

Police say that no one was hurt and the building suffered heavy damage.

Duke restored a large majority of the outages by 6:00 p.m.
