CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Five New York City area men are indicted in Cincinnati on charges that they tried to cheat the house at roulette.

Edward Calletano, 25, Rafael Hernandez, Ramon Mojica, 53, Danilo Peralta, 34 and Mezon Cruz, 41, were arrested last Thursday.

Officers say Cruz and Callentano conspired to cheat at roulette by counterfeiting chips to change their value from $1.00 to $25.00 at the Cincinnati Horseshoe Casino back on July 21, 2013.

Then officers say Mojica and Vasquez attempted to do the same thing.

Warrants were issued and all four men were taken to jail.

On Friday, all four men were indicted on casino gambling charges. They are each being held on bond.

The are scheduled to be back in court next week.
