A Cleveland man was pulled over Wednesday in Sandusky for reckless driving.

Cops say Christopher Williams, 25, was under the influence of drugs during the stop.

After further investigation, Ohio State Highway Patrol discovered two 15-year-old females in the car as well.

One of the girls was a missing juvenile.

The juveniles stated the suspect offered to give them a ride home but subsequently became lost and ended up driving towards Sandusky.

Cuyahoga County Children Services was contacted and the two girls were assisted back  to their parents.

Williams admitted, during the stop, the car was stolen.

During a search of the driver, a screwdriver and pair of pliers were found in his pants pocket.

Williams is accused of: operating a vehicle while under the influence, receiving stolen property, possession of criminal tools, child endangering, operating without a license, failure to drive in marked lanes and driving without a seatbelt.

Results of a urine test from Williams is pending.
