Woman arrested in meth lab bust

ORRVILLE, OH (WOIO) -

A meth lab bust in Orrville.

The MEDWAY Drug Enforcement Agency provided assistance to the Wayne County Probation Department and the Orrville Police Department after they discovered components and chemicals used in the manufacture of meth at a home on Church Street during a check of a probationer.

MEDWAY Drug Enforcement Agency Agents dismantled and neutralized the components and hazardous chemicals that were located in the bedroom of the suspect.

The female suspect was later located and arrested without incident. She is currently locked up in the Wayne County Jail on a probation violation. Additional charges are pending for manufacturing of methamphetamine and assembly of chemicals.
