19 Action News has obtained an internal audit calling for significant changes in the Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts office to stop abuse and waste of tax dollars.

This audit comes hours before sentencing for Mark Lime.  He once headed the Criminal Division of the Clerks Office and pleaded guilty to stealing thousands of dollars over several years.

The audit is 45 pages long covering everything from record-keeping, collection of money to hours of operation. It covers 2011 and 2012

Earlier this year Andrea Rocco took over the office and she has already begun making sweeping changes.
