Fugitive wanted for drug possession and felonious assault

ELYRIA, OH (Toledo News Now) -

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Terrell "ToodaB" Fennell.

Fennell is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and Elyria Police Department for having weapons under disability, possession of heroin and cocaine, plus felonious assault. The Elyria Police Department believes Fennell is responsible for multiple shootings that took place in Elyria over the past weekend. In addition, he is a suspect in numerous recent armed robberies.

Fennell is described as a 20-year-old black male standing approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. 

Authorities believe Fennell is hiding somewhere in Elyria. He also has a previous address near the 400 block of Foster Avenue in Elyria.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Terrell Fennell is encouraged to contact the NOVFTF at 1-866-4WANTED or text keyword "WANTED" with the tip to TIP411. Tipsters may remain anonymous. A cash reward may be available.
