WILLOUGHBY, OH (WOIO) -

If your interested in the paranormal, want to learn a little bit of local history, or just want to take a spooky stroll, the Willoughby Ghost walk is just a few days into it's sixth season.

Local author Cathi Weber started the guided tours back in 2008 and they have been a hit ever since.

Cathy has always been interested in the paranormal, and even wrote a book based on the Ghost Walk. "Haunted Willoughby, Ohio" was published in 2010, and illustrates the various haunted folk tales from Willoughby's history.

Tours are scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday nights during October. The cost is $12 for adults and $7 for children 12 and under. You can make reservations online at www.willoughbyghostwalk.com or by calling (440)710-4140.

Arrive about 15 minutes before the start of your tour at the Masonic Temple Building on 36 Public Square in downtown Willoughby.

The tours take you on a 12-block walk that is full of local history with a spooky twist. This is a great fall family event in Northeast Ohio!
