Cleveland (WOIO) - Some people think sports are little more exciting when you throw a little money into the equation. Well, if you're one of those people, you understand how much more exciting Saturday's Ohio State-Northwestern game was.
Vegas odds-makers estimate that the Buckeyes' last-second touchdown swung nearly $100 million dollars in the favor of the bettors over the bookies worldwide. That touchdown gave the Buckeyes a 10-point victory, covering the pre-game spread of a 5.5 - 6.5.
The fumble recovery and touchdown by Joey Bosa with seconds left did not change the outcome of the game.
